Suits For Youth
One of our main goals at Engage the Foundation is to positively influence society’s youth. Once our youth, specifically our young men, begin preparing to enter the professional world, the way they carry themselves and are perceived by others becomes essential towards their success. One way we ease the transition is by giving them the necessary tools to dress for success. Within our Male Development Program, we assist in purchasing suits for the young men of Richmond’s inner-city youth. Providing free suits and showing them how to properly present themselves is the first step towards developing a generation of men who understand their individual identity, purpose and direction for a successful life within society.

Since this community project, #HashtagLunchbag, began in Los Angeles in December of 2012, more than 100 cities started to catch on to the movement. As it caught on in Richmond, thousands of lunches have been made and distributed to less fortunate community members.
#HashtagLunchbag is more than just handing out food, it’s about spreading hope, love, and positivity to the community. Volunteers come together to provide nutritious meals and words of encouragement to those less fortunate in Richmond. #HashtagLunchbag in Richmond feeds the hungry and use this opportunity to uplift and inspire the local community.

'Tis the Season Toy Drive
Engage the Foundation is proud to announce the ‘Tis the Season Toy Drive. ‘Tis the Season is a holiday fundraiser that is organized for toys to be donated to the VCU Children’s Hospital, YMCA, Toys for Tots and other Richmond families in need. Holidays are filled with happiness, friends and family as
you know children look forward to the fun of the holidays as well as the presents. We are seeking your assistance to help bring in the Holiday Spirit to the less fortunate! Donating or contributing is easy and it will bring great joy to yourself, your family, as well as other families.
