The Objective 

Road Pilot Transportation, LLC was created by the Young Business Builders (YBB) program of Engage, The Foundation (engagethefoundation.org). The YBB program is a program designed to turn passions into profit.  

Engage, The Foundation’s YBB program realized that many high schools do not offer driving classes, resulting in many high school students graduating without a driver’s license to operate reliable transportation needed for employment. The YBB program also realized that most non-violent felons re-enter society needing to restore their driver’s license while also having very little chance of employment.

Road Pilot Transportation, LLC was created to fill these voids and designed to create a socially responsible traffic safety employment opportunity for individuals 18+, including non-violent felons.
